Tasty Concepts Holding Plans to Re-appoint McMillan Woods as Auditor with HK$0.55 Million Fee

Bulletin Express10-09

Tasty Concepts Holding Limited announced that McMillan Woods (Hong Kong) CPA Limited will retire and seek re-appointment as the Group’s external auditor at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled under the circular dated 31 July 2026.

The Board intends to submit an ordinary resolution to re-appoint McMillan Woods and authorise the Board to fix its remuneration. Following arm’s-length negotiations, the estimated audit fee for the financial year ending 31 March 2027 has been set at approximately HK$0.55 million, excluding out-of-pocket expenses.

Key determinants of the agreed fee include: • Historical audit charges and prevailing market rates. • Scope and timetable of the 2027 audit. • Resource requirements relative to the Group’s size, structure, and business complexity.

The estimate assumes no material changes in the Group’s operations, accounting policies, or regulatory environment and relies on timely provision of information by the Company. Management does not expect the final fee to diverge materially from the estimate under current conditions; any significant variance will prompt additional disclosure.

All other details in the original circular and AGM notice remain unchanged.
