The sharp drop follows the release of the trust's financial results for the 2025 fiscal year, which revealed declines across key performance metrics. Total rental income decreased by 9% year-on-year to HK$1.988 billion, while net property income fell 11.4% to HK$1.613 billion. Distributable income also declined by 10.4% to HK$859 million, with a distribution per unit of HK$0.1263.
