Bulletin Express10-21

UNISOUND AI Technology Co., Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 30,000 H shares on 21 October 2026 through on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HKD 1.88 million at prices ranging from HKD 61.85 to HKD 63.10 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 62.68.

Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) slipped 0.07% to 45.03 million, while treasury shares rose to 75,000. Total issued share capital remained unchanged at 45.11 million shares because the purchased shares were retained as treasury stock rather than cancelled.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 4.51 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 75,000 shares, equivalent to 0.17% of the company’s share count at the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share sales is in effect until 20 November 2026.

Management confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and regulatory requirements.
