Outstanding HR professionals are enhancing their capabilities further, jointly planning a new vision for gathering talent and prospering industries. The graduation ceremony for Wuxi City's "City Talent Scout Program," titled "Scouts Gather, Steeds Welcome Spring," along with a 2026 New Year gathering, was held on January 16, where 123 trainees of the program successfully completed their studies. The "City Talent Scout Program" is one of the key supporting measures for Wuxi to build its talent brand "Wuxi Loves Talent, Wuxi Hopes for You" and advance the "Strengthening Intelligence and Gathering Talent" project. It aims to cultivate a composite HR talent team—proficient in policy, skilled in business, and adept at innovation—through the rolling training of 20 HR directors, 100 HR managers, and 1,000 HR specialists.

At the graduation ceremony, Yu Renchang, Deputy Director of the Wuxi Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, expressed earnest expectations for all trainees, encouraging them to translate their acquired knowledge into concrete actions serving Wuxi's high-quality development and to continue embodying the "talent scout" spirit by recommending and nurturing talent for urban development. During the event, heads of human resources departments from various districts in Wuxi reviewed and exchanged experiences from their 2025 work, discussed challenges encountered in practice along with corresponding solutions, and engaged in in-depth discussions on topics for 2026, such as how to deepen the "City Talent Scout Program," enhance the capabilities of the HR Manager Club, and promote the development of the human resources services industry.

The event also presented awards to groups and individuals who demonstrated outstanding performance during the training period. Representatives from project teams reported on practical achievements applying their learning to solve problems, while outstanding trainee representatives shared their learning gains and insights. Relevant personnel stated that the graduation of the first cohort of the "City Talent Scout Program" marks a new step for Wuxi on the long-distance track of "cultivating talent scouts, gathering outstanding talents, and revitalizing industries." In 2026, the "City Talent Scout Program" will continue to closely align with the city's new development framework, focusing on building a strategic human resources support system. Through collaborative innovation involving government, enterprises, academia, and research institutions, it will persistently cultivate a composite HR talent team with international perspectives, digital thinking, and innovative capabilities, injecting strong talent momentum into Wuxi's high-quality development.
