Minieye Technology Co., Ltd. (MINIEYE) has entered into a Procurement and Long-term Cooperation Agreement with Jiangsu Province Danyang High-tech Zone Industrial Development Co., Ltd. Under the terms of the contract, MINIEYE will deliver and deploy 200 second-generation map-free driverless logistics vehicles, together with supporting software systems.
The vehicles are designed for urban distribution—including fresh produce, food, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets and construction materials—as well as county-level supply runs and last-mile delivery scenarios. MINIEYE will undertake production, quality control, technical support and comprehensive after-sales service, while the partner company will coordinate road-rights and licence-plate approvals in its region and other jointly agreed areas.
The agreement is positioned to: 1. Accelerate large-scale commercialisation of MINIEYE’s L4 autonomous driving technology. 2. Enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operating costs for end users. 3. Expand MINIEYE’s market share and brand influence in driverless logistics solutions.
Both counterparties are independent of each other under Hong Kong Listing Rules, and the collaboration is framed on principles of equality, mutual benefit and long-term stability.
