China Wacan Plans Name Change to Junwea Group (China) to Reflect Expanded Beauty, Health and Construction Focus

China Wacan Group Company Limited announced a proposal to rename the company “JUNWEA GROUP (CHINA) COMPANY LIMITED,” with the corresponding Chinese name changing to “巨美集團(中國)股份有限公司”.

The rebranding is subject to two conditions: 1. Approval via a special resolution at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting (EGM). 2. Acceptance of the new name by the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands, after which a certificate of incorporation on change of name will be issued.

Management stated the new identity is intended to align the corporate image with existing operations in beauty and health services as well as construction services, supporting future business development.

Shareholder Impact: • All existing share certificates will remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery. • No free exchange of old certificates for new ones is planned; new share certificates will simply bear the updated name once the change takes effect.
