BG BLUE SKY (06828) appoints Yang Shuoxuan as new company secretary

BG BLUE SKY (06828) has announced a change in its company secretary and authorized representative. Chen Shuangshuang (Ms. Chen) has resigned from her roles as (i) Company Secretary of the company and (ii) Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange") and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the "Companies Ordinance"), effective from July 31, 2026.

Executive Director Yang Shuoxuan (Mr. Yang) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorized Representative under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, also effective from July 31, 2026. Following Ms. Chen's resignation, Executive Director Li Xianning (Mr. Li) has been appointed as the Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective from July 31, 2026.
