Meig Smart Technology Co., Ltd. (03268) rose more than 5% on the Hong Kong stock exchange. As of the latest update, the stock was up 5.23%, trading at HKD 25.74, with a turnover of HKD 30.5093 million. According to the company's official announcement, Meig Smart Technology has recently become the first in the industry to initiate mass production and delivery of a 77 TOPS AI module. This marks another technological breakthrough in edge AI, following the company's earlier development and large-scale deployment of a 48 TOPS high-performance smart module. In response to the substantial demand for low-power cloud inference, Meig Smart Technology plans to leverage its high-performance edge computing capabilities, combined with high-speed interconnectivity-based computing aggregation technology, to accelerate the expansion of AI capabilities into cloud applications. Previously, Meig Smart Technology was the first company globally to achieve large-scale commercial deployment of 5G smart modules in new energy vehicles. It also pioneered the development of a 48 TOPS high-performance smart module, becoming a designated supplier for several leading automotive manufacturers. The mass production and delivery of the SNM980 module, with its robust 77 TOPS AI computing power, signifies that Meig Smart Technology's AI modules are rapidly providing powerful edge computing and intelligent capabilities for various AI-driven devices.
