The company recently disclosed a monthly update on its privatization and the spin-off listing of its photovoltaic business. SKYWORTH Photovoltaic plans to hold a shareholders' meeting in late May 2026 to seek approval for the distribution and listing. The unit completed its corporate restructuring on April 28, 2026, changing its name from "Shenzhen SKYWORTH Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd." to "Shenzhen SKYWORTH Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd." and adjusting its par value per share from RMB 1 to RMB 0.2. Previously, China International Capital Corporation noted that the planned spin-off listing could fully realize the intrinsic value of the company's new energy business.
