An employee proposal from Cnsig Anhui Hongsifang Fertilizer Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China National Salt Industry Corporation (CNSIC), has been selected for the National List of Outstanding Employee Proposals for the 2023-2025 period. The list was recently released by the National Office for the Openness of Factory Affairs Coordination Group. The proposal, titled "Proposal on the Potential Tapping, Technological Transformation, and Production Increase and Efficiency Enhancement Project for the Synthetic Ammonia System," was put forward by employee representative Guo Junlin and was recommended by the China Financial, Commercial, Light Industry, Textile and Tobacco Trade Union.
The proposal focuses on the technological upgrade of the synthetic ammonia system. Key measures include adopting coal-water slurry direct-connected waste heat boiler gasification technology to recover sensible heat from crude gas and produce high-quality steam as a by-product; optimizing the flow path of the steam turbine in the air separation unit to improve turbine efficiency by 8%; utilizing residual pressure from CO₂ tail gas in the low-temperature methanol wash process and from stripped nitrogen for power generation; and implementing an Advanced Process Control (APC) system. These initiatives aim to increase production, enhance efficiency, save energy, and reduce consumption.
Moving forward, the CNSIC labor union will use this recognition as an opportunity to further enhance the quality and effectiveness of employee proposal initiatives. It will encourage employees to contribute ideas and suggestions based on their roles, gathering more collective wisdom to help build harmonious labor relations and support the high-quality development of the group company.
