Recently, Shede Yi Ethnic Township in Qiubei County received welcome news regarding rural revitalization assistance.
Supported by the Yunnan Provincial Prison Administration Bureau as a designated assistance unit, Shede Village, Bujia Village, Luomu Village, and Xique Luo Village joined forces with Yunnan Jingsheng Agricultural Co., Ltd. to establish an "enterprise + village collective + farming households" interest-linked industrial assistance project that has now successfully landed and delivered results, with the four village collectives successfully obtaining first-year dividend returns.
The dividend funds will be earmarked specifically for strengthening the village-level collective economy, supporting households lifted out of poverty in developing industries, and improving village-level public welfare undertakings, effectively converting industrial development dividends into tangible benefits for the people.
In the course of their work, the resident village task force actively consolidated distinctive agricultural product resources from each village, opened up production-marketing linkage channels, and helped local high-quality agricultural products successfully enter the "832 Platform." Through online and offline coordination and brand co-building and cultivation, they cleared bottlenecks in agricultural product sales and broadened sales channels, enabling local specialty goods to leave the countryside and enter the market, effectively resolving the problems of "difficulty selling and low prices" for agricultural products and laying a solid foundation for stable income growth for village collectives and the public.
The successful first-year dividend distribution for the four village collectives is a vivid demonstration of designated assistance work transitioning from "blood-transfusion-style assistance" to "blood-generation-style revitalization," marking the continuous strengthening of village-level collective economies' self-sustaining capacity, the ongoing expansion of stable income growth channels for farming households, and the full manifestation of the effectiveness of consumption-based assistance and industrial assistance.
A single dividend is not only a tangible return from industrial development but also consolidates the confidence and resolve of cadres and the public working together to revitalize the countryside. It further strengthens the interest linkage among enterprises, village collectives, and farming households, and solidifies the foundation for the sustainable development of distinctive industries, giving village-level organizations greater financial capacity and confidence to serve the public and deliver livelihood projects.
In the next step, the resident village task force will join forces with local Party committees and governments, build on distinctive resources, improve interest linkage, income distribution, and farmer-linking mechanisms, promote the standardization, branding, and sustainable development of the agricultural industry, further extend the industrial chain, elevate the value chain, and smooth the supply chain, so that village collectives' assets grow stronger and the public's income growth path widens.
