ContiOcean Maintains Stable Share Base in May; Public Float Confirmed at 22.73%

ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. (ContiOcean) has filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a static share structure and compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public-float requirements.

ContiOcean’s registered share capital was unchanged at RMB 40.00 million, comprising 10.00 million H shares and 30.00 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

Issued share capital also remained steady. As at 31 May 2026, the company had 10.00 million H shares and 30.00 million domestic shares in issue, with no treasury shares on record. No new shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the month.

The HKEX-listed H shares recorded a public-float ratio of 22.73%, meeting Main Board Rule 13.32D(1) requirements.

Under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme effective since 27 July 2024, 10,200 options lapsed, leaving 1.32 million options outstanding. No shares were issued and no proceeds were generated from option exercises in May.

ContiOcean reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance agreements for the month. Director Chen Rui submitted the return to HKEX on 3 June 2026, affirming full regulatory compliance across all share capital movements.
