Comba Telecom Systems Holdings announced that on Jan, 6 2026 it issued 18,000 new ordinary shares following the exercise of employee share options granted under its Jun, 3 2013 share option scheme.
The issuance lifted the company’s outstanding share count to 3,133,515,722 from 3,133,497,722.
