On 5 March 2026, BOCOM International Holdings Company Limited (BOCOM INTL, Stock Code: 03329) announced that Executive Director, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Risk Officer, Mr. WANG Xianjia, will step down from these positions on 6 March 2026 due to work reassignment. As a result, he will no longer serve as a member of the Strategy and Risk Management Committee or as an authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.

BOCOM INTL further disclosed that Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. XIE Jie, will assume the role of authorised representative effective immediately upon Mr. WANG’s resignation.
