China Frontier Technology Publishes 2025 Annual Report and Reinforces Full Transition to Electronic Communications

China Frontier Technology Group (CH FRONTIER TEC) released a shareholder notice dated 30 April 2026 confirming that the company’s 2025 Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s portal (http://1661.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously elected to receive hard-copy corporate communications.

Key points in the notice:

1. Electronic-first approach • Following the 13 March 2024 circular, all future corporate communications—annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be distributed electronically. • Both language versions will be accessible on the company and HKEXnews websites; printed copies will be provided only upon request.

2. Collection of email addresses • Shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address via a personalised QR code or by returning the attached reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Without a valid email address on record, shareholders will not receive email notifications of new publications and must monitor the company and HKEXnews websites independently. Actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed in print until an email address is supplied.

3. Opt-in for printed materials • Investors preferring hard copies can request them by completing the reply form or emailing whgh.ecom@computershare.com.hk. • Such instructions remain effective for one year from the date of receipt, after which electronic delivery resumes unless renewed.
