GREENLAND HK Announces Resignation of Executive Director and Honorary Chairman Wang Weixian

Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited (GREENLAND HK) reported that Mr. Wang Weixian has stepped down as Executive Director and Honorary Chairman of the Board, effective 22 October 2026. According to the Board announcement, Mr. Wang resigned to dedicate more time to personal business commitments.

The company confirmed that Mr. Wang has no disagreement with the Board and that no other matters related to his departure require shareholder attention. The Board expressed its appreciation for Mr. Wang’s contributions during his tenure.

Following the change, the Board comprises five executive directors—Mr. Luo Weifeng (Chairman and CEO), Mr. Wu Zhengkui, Ms. Wang Xuling, Dr. Li Wei and Mr. Li Yongqiang—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Kwan Kai Cheong, Mr. Fong Wo, Felix, JP, and Mr. Kwok Tun Ho Chester.
