CGS (06881) has announced the completion of its tenth series of short-term financing notes for the 2026 fiscal year, with the issuance finalized on July 28, 2026.
The issuance follows shareholder authorization granted at the company’s first extraordinary general meeting of 2025, held on February 17, 2025. At that meeting, shareholders approved amendments to the board’s authorization, allowing the company to issue debt financing instruments with an aggregate scale not exceeding 350% of the company’s most recent audited net assets.
Under this shareholder mandate, the current issuance of short-term financing notes has a total scale of 3 billion yuan. Each note has a face value and issue price of 100 yuan per unit. The notes carry a term of 359 days, with a final coupon rate of 1.53%.
Funds raised from this issuance will be used to supplement the company’s working capital.
