Dongfang Electric Corporation Limited (DONGFANG ELEC) has announced that its board of directors will convene on Thursday, 29 October 2026, at the company’s headquarters in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The primary agenda includes reviewing and approving the unaudited financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, encompassing the third-quarter performance, and authorising their subsequent publication.

The notification, issued on 16 October 2026 by Joint Company Secretary Feng Yong, also confirmed the current board composition: Non-executive Directors Luo Qianyi (Chairman) and Zhang Shaofeng; Executive Directors Zhang Yanjun and Sun Guojun; and Independent Non-executive Directors Huang Feng, Zeng Daorong and Chen Yu.
