In a significant development, MINIEYE (02431) has announced the formal signing of a procurement contract for autonomous vehicles with an independent third party specializing in smart vehicles, their components, and intelligent transportation systems. The successful conclusion of this partnership marks a crucial step forward for the company's driverless bus business in terms of commercial implementation and market expansion.

Under the terms of the procurement agreement, which was established on the principles of "equality, voluntariness, mutual benefit, honesty, and credibility," MINIEYE will supply driverless buses, autonomous driving kits, and provide corresponding technical services. The contract involves the procurement of over a hundred driverless buses along with related support services, with a total contract value exceeding RMB 130 million, inclusive of tax.

The vehicles to be delivered are primarily intended for deployment in local tourism, micro-circulation transit, and public bus application scenarios. This collaboration is expected to assist the group in further expanding its market share for unmanned vehicles and integrated solutions, enhancing brand influence, and continuously promoting the large-scale commercial adoption of autonomous driving technology in tourism, micro-circulation, and public transportation contexts, thereby solidifying its leading position within the industry.
