HSC RESOURCES Shareholder Transfers Holdings from Cathay Securities to Chi Fu Securities

A recent filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange revealed that on April 1, a shareholder of HSC RESOURCES (01850) transferred their shareholding from Cathay Securities (Hong Kong) to Chi Fu Securities. The value of the transferred shares amounted to HKD 60.4007 million, representing 25.89% of the company's shares.

This follows a previous transaction on March 31, where an HSC RESOURCES shareholder moved shares from Yuanta Securities Hong Kong to Ying Bao Securities International Hong Kong. That transfer had a value of HKD 14.6764 million, accounting for 6.91% of the shares.

According to its interim results for the six months ended October 31, 2025, HSC RESOURCES reported revenue of approximately HKD 269 million, a decrease of 1.0% year-on-year. The company recorded a loss attributable to owners of HKD 2.97 million, a shift from profit to loss compared to the same period last year. The loss per share was 1.72 HK cents.
