Deep News05-19

Currently, the first China New Cultural and Creative Market and Trendy Toy Garden Fair is being held at Beijing's Chaoyang Park. On the morning of the 17th, the Chaoyang District of Beijing released the "Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting High-Quality Development of the IP and Trendy Toy Industry in Chaoyang District (2026–2028)" along with supporting policies and a construction plan for a Global IP Debut Center.

The plan indicates that the project will use the Blue Island Building as its core facility to create a comprehensive platform integrating global IP debuts, copyright transactions, creative incubation, exhibition and exchange, and industry matchmaking. The initiative aims to build a two-way integrated ecosystem of "B-end industrial empowerment and C-end consumer experience," forming a full-chain ecological loop from creative incubation to global debut and value realization.
