Sirnaomics (2257) Announces Board Composition and Committee Appointments

Sirnaomics Ltd. (Stock Code: 2257), incorporated in the Cayman Islands, announced an updated board of directors and outlined each member’s roles. The current Board includes one Executive Director, five Non-executive or Independent Non-executive Directors, and is led by Chairlady of the Board, Ms. Monin Ung.

The Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Poon Hung Fai, works alongside Non-executive Directors, Mr. Ouyang Yunlong and Dr. Yin Huijun, and Independent Non-executive Directors, including Ms. Ung, Mr. Wong Yu Shan Eugene, Dr. Zhang Peng, and Ms. Lo Yee Hang. Responsibilities of Audit, Nomination, and Remuneration Committees are allocated among them. The Audit Committee is chaired by Mr. Wong, with membership comprising Mr. Ouyang and Ms. Lo, while the Nomination Committee is chaired by Ms. Lo and includes Dr. Poon, Dr. Zhang, and Ms. Ung.
