Deep News05-09

Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and the National Radio and Television Administration jointly announced the 2025 Metaverse Model Cases, with a total of 193 projects selected nationwide. Three cases from the province have been included, namely the Beidou Cloud Government Affairs Intelligent Agent "Xiaohe" by Liaoning Beidou Cloud Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the Haosen Manufacturing Workshop Industrial Digital Twin System by Dalian Haosen Software Co., Ltd., and the Automotive Production Line Digital Twin System by Dalian Auto Co., Ltd.

The metaverse is an immersive interconnected space where the digital and physical worlds converge and interact. It represents a future industry driven by the integration and innovation of next-generation information technologies, as well as an advanced form of the fusion between the digital economy and the real economy. It holds the potential to guide the development of the next-generation internet through the mutual promotion of virtual and real elements, accelerate the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation of the manufacturing sector, and support the construction of a modern industrial system.

The Automotive Production Line Digital Twin System by Dalian Auto Co., Ltd., which was selected in this round, is built on a core foundation of digital twin technology, industrial big data, and the industrial internet, and is equipped with a high-performance 3D engine. It enables precise digital replication of models, comprehensive data collection, and efficient intelligent analysis. The system interfaces in real-time with various equipment such as robots and frequency converters, establishing seamless production data links and fully mapping the physical factory into a virtual space, thereby creating an intelligent digital factory that is visible, controllable, and traceable.

The system can quickly pinpoint the source of faults, provide early warnings for equipment anomalies, and supports remote reverse control, VR experiences, and 3D navigation. It meets the needs of multi-scenario, multi-language, and multi-controller collaborative applications. Currently, the system has been successfully deployed to serve multiple automotive manufacturers, including BMW Brilliance and SAIC Volkswagen.
