On August 15, Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd. announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from equity director Chen Qiang. Chen Qiang has applied to resign from his position as equity director of the bank due to personal reasons.

Chen Qiang's resignation will not result in the bank's board of directors falling below the legally required minimum number of members and will not affect the normal operations of the board. His resignation letter takes effect immediately upon delivery to the bank's board of directors.

Following his resignation, Chen Qiang will no longer hold any positions at the bank or its holding subsidiaries. His original term as equity director was scheduled to continue until the expiration of the bank's eighth board of directors' term.
