Han’s CNC Doubles Revenue and Triples Net Profit in 9M26 on AI-Driven PCB Demand

Bulletin Express10-15

Shenzhen Han’s CNC Technology Co., Ltd. reported strong preliminary results for the first three quarters of 2026, highlighted by rapid top- and bottom-line expansion on the back of surging demand for high-end printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in artificial-intelligence computing and high-speed optical modules.

Operating Performance • Revenue reached RMB 7.84 billion, up 100.90% year on year. • Net profit attributable to shareholders rose 214.03% to RMB 1.54 billion, while operating profit climbed 223.54% to RMB 1.81 billion. • EPS increased to RMB 3.27 from RMB 1.16, and weighted average ROE improved 6.29 percentage points to 15.43%.

Growth Drivers Management attributed the surge to higher shipments of high-layer HDI boards for next-generation rack servers, N+N structured boards and mSAP-type substrate-like PCBs for 800 G/1.6 T optical modules. Continued capital-expenditure expansion by downstream PCB customers enabled Han’s CNC to secure larger orders across its product portfolio.

Balance-Sheet Developments Total assets stood at RMB 19.24 billion at end-September, an 81.23% increase from the start of the year, reflecting proceeds from the company’s H-share IPO and growth in working-capital items such as trade receivables and inventories. Owners’ equity attributable to shareholders rose 104.21% to RMB 12.40 billion, aided by profit expansion and the enlarged share capital of 489.01 million shares.

Outlook The figures are based on unaudited management estimates prepared under Chinese accounting standards. Final results will be released in the company’s third-quarter report. Investors are advised to interpret the preliminary data with caution.
