Gf Securities Sets Coupon Rates for New Bonds: 1.72% on "26 Gf 04" and 1.86% on "26 Gf 05"

Gf Securities Co., Ltd. (01776) has announced the coupon rates for its upcoming corporate bonds. The company, referred to as the issuer, received regulatory approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (Document No. [2026] 100) to publicly issue corporate bonds with a total face value of up to 70 billion yuan (inclusive) to professional institutional investors.

The second tranche of these bonds, designated for issuance in 2026 to professional investors, has a planned issuance scale of no more than 60 billion yuan (inclusive). On April 16, 2026, the issuer and the lead underwriter conducted an offline bookbuilding process with professional institutional investors to determine the coupon rates. The interest rate inquiry range for Bond Series 1 was 1.30% to 2.30%, while the range for Bond Series 2 was 1.40% to 2.40%.

Based on the results of the offline inquiry and following consultations between the issuer and the bookrunner, the final coupon rates were set. Bond Series 1, with the short name "26 Gf 04" and code "524762," will carry a coupon rate of 1.72%. Bond Series 2, named "26 Gf 05" with code "524763," will have a coupon rate of 1.86%.

The issuer will offer these bonds to professional institutional investors through an offline distribution from April 17, 2026, to April 20, 2026, at the determined coupon rates.
