PSBC (01658) Adopts Full Electronic Dissemination of Corporate Communications

17 March 2026, Postal Savings Bank of China Co., Ltd. (PSBC, 01658) announced that, pursuant to Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the paperless listing regime effective since 31 December 2023, it will henceforth distribute all corporate communications exclusively in electronic format.

The materials covered include, but are not limited to, directors’ reports, audited annual accounts, interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. Both English and Chinese versions will be accessible on the Bank’s websites (www.psbcltd.cn; www.psbc.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are asked to provide an email address to their custodian banks, brokers or other CCASS intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of notifications. Investors preferring hard-copy documents may submit a reply form to the H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or email postal.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request.

Enquiries can be directed to the registrar on +852 2862 8688 during business hours. PSBC reiterated that it is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and is therefore not supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
