Stock News06-15 15:54

Karrie International (HKEX: 01050) shares experienced a notable surge, climbing more than 8%. At the time of writing, the stock was up 7.53% to HK$3.14, with a turnover of HK$18.86 million.

Profit Alert Fuels Gains

The upward movement follows the company's recent profit alert. The firm anticipates that its operating profit and net profit for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, will increase by no less than 30% year-on-year.

AI Server Deliveries Drive Performance

The company's announcement highlighted that in the second half of the year, artificial intelligence-related server products, including those for Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC), have commenced mass deliveries, which are now being reflected in the group's financial performance. During the year, AI-related products have accounted for over 10% of the group's server chassis segment, emerging as a primary growth driver.

Market Position and Growth Catalyst

Karrie International is recognized as a leading manufacturer of server chassis and serves as a long-term core chassis supplier for major clients like Dell and Lenovo. Analysis suggests that as numerous enterprises begin deploying large AI models, they are compelled to upgrade critical data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling, rack space, and storage.

This trend is driving widespread data center renovations and peripheral infrastructure upgrades, where server chassis play an indispensable role. This dynamic is expected to form the core driver for the company's AI-related revenue streams moving forward.
