Xunce (03317) has announced the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum with Qingdao Xinchen Kechuang Industrial Co., Ltd. (Xinchen Kechuang).

Xinchen Kechuang operates across multiple business segments including angel investment, venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities investment, and wealth management, holding significant influence within China's investment and industrial sectors.

A core subsidiary of Xinchen Kechuang is Hongtai Fund, one of China's most prominent private equity investment institutions, with a primary focus on areas such as artificial intelligence and its applications, semiconductors and robotics, aerospace satellites and the low-altitude economy, advanced equipment manufacturing, frontier technologies, and life sciences.

The partnership will leverage the respective resources and industry strengths of both parties to provide comprehensive support for business development. The collaboration aims to explore providing tokenization empowerment services for Xinchen Kechuang and its portfolio companies using platforms like TokenOS, and to jointly develop commercial solutions for tokenization in vertical scenarios.

This strategic alliance signifies a breakthrough for the group's data tokenization capabilities within the private equity investment field. The two entities will collaborate to build a new generation of fund management infrastructure that is native to both AI and tokenization, accelerating the implementation of token-based commercial applications.
