Sinomine Resource Group Co.,Ltd. (002738.SZ) has announced its 2026 private placement plan for A-shares. The company intends to raise a total of no more than 5.2 billion yuan through this offering. After deducting related issuance expenses, the net proceeds are earmarked for the following projects: a 100,000-ton-per-year lithium sulfate project in Zimbabwe, the Kitumba copper mine project in Central Province, Zambia, a project by Jiangxi Sinomine New Materials to produce 2,000 tons of cesium and rubidium products annually, and to supplement working capital.
