EHang Holdings Ltd (EH) saw its shares drop 5.44% in pre-market trading following the release of its Q3 2025 financial results, which revealed a significant net loss and declining revenue.
The company reported a net loss of RMB82.1 million, compared to a profit in the same period last year, while revenue fell to RMB92.5 million, missing analyst estimates. Adjusted earnings per share also swung to a loss of RMB0.28, down from a profit of RMB0.22 a year earlier. The decline was attributed to lower sales of its EH216 series products.
Despite maintaining its full-year revenue guidance of RMB500 million, the weak Q3 performance has raised concerns among investors about the company's ability to meet its targets. Analysts had expected revenue of RMB150.2 million for the quarter, highlighting the magnitude of the miss.
