GME Group Holdings Limited (abbrev. “GME Group”) has announced a change in its principal share registrar and transfer office in the Cayman Islands. Effective 17 April 2026, the role has been transferred from Harneys Fiduciary (Cayman) Limited to Ascentium (Cayman) Limited. All address, telephone and facsimile details for the registrar remain unchanged.

The notice was issued by Chairman and Executive Director Chuang Chun Ngok Boris on 23 June 2026. The current Board comprises two executive directors—Mr. Chuang Chun Ngok Boris and Mr. Chuang Wei Chu; one non-executive director—Ms. Chuang Yau Ka; and four independent non-executive directors—Mr. Lam Man Bun Alan, Mr. Lau Chun Fai Douglas, Ms. Chan Sheung Yu and Ir Ng Wai Ming Patrick.

The company affirmed that the change of registrar does not affect any other shareholder services, and all existing communication channels remain active.
