Bulletin Express04-23 07:03

BitStrat Holdings Limited announced on 23 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, shareholder circular and notice of Annual General Meeting have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.bitstrat.hk) and the HKEX news portal (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends shareholders consult the online documents but confirms that non-registered holders unable to access the electronic files may obtain printed copies free of charge. To do so, investors must complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label provided or by email to 6113-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding shares through CCASS participants can elect to receive future corporate communications electronically by supplying a functional email address to their bank, broker, custodian or other intermediary. Until an email address is on record, only hard-copy notices of publication will be dispatched.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.

Chairman and executive director Luo Zuchun signed the notice on behalf of the board.
