InfyTron Receives Advance Notice of Penalty, Affected Investors Can Pursue Claims

The company InfyTron and related parties have received an "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau. The investigation found that the company's annual reports for 2019 and 2020 contained false records, constituting suspected illegal information disclosure.

The wholly-owned subsidiaries of InfyTron, InfyTron Systems and Xinpu Interconnect, used methods such as fabricating projects and recognizing revenue prematurely to inflate total operating revenue by approximately 870 million yuan across 2019 and 2020.

The main issues involved include: fabricating the Guohai Construction Green Innovation Center project and the Dingfang Village Resettlement Housing project in Xiangtang Town; fabricating a supplementary equipment procurement contract for the Tongliao City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine project and recognizing revenue prematurely; fabricating traffic procurement business with Hangzhou Tailai Software; and recognizing revenue for the Wuhan Sunshine Coast project which was not actually implemented.

These actions resulted in inflated total profits for 2019 and 2020, accounting for 108.04% and 44.72% of the amounts recorded in the respective annual reports. The Shenzhen regulator intends to issue a warning to the company and impose a fine of 5.5 million yuan; several responsible individuals are also facing penalties, with total fines amounting to 17.5 million yuan.

A legal representative stated that a listed company's annual reports and financial statements are key criteria for investor decision-making. Errors in these reports can significantly mislead investors' decisions and lead to investment losses.

Investors who purchased shares between April 30, 2020, and April 29, 2024, and sold or still held them at a loss after April 30, 2024, are currently eligible to register for claims.

It is noteworthy that due to negative net assets at the end of 2025, InfyTron's stock has been placed under delisting risk warning (ST) starting April 30, 2026, and faces termination of listing risks. The company and its subsidiaries have overdue debt principal and interest totaling approximately 537 million yuan. They have applied for pre-reorganization and reorganization, but the success of this process remains highly uncertain.

Investors who meet the claim criteria should be mindful of the statute of limitations and promptly take legal action to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
