Attention! The Dazhou vs. Leshan match for the 2025-2026 Sichuan Provincial City Football League (Dazhou Zone) is scheduled for 19:35 today at the Dazhou Sports Center Football Field. To ensure the safe and smooth execution of the event, the Dazhou Municipal Public Security Bureau is issuing public order and temporary traffic control measures. Please take note.
The final stage match of the 2025-2026 Sichuan Provincial City Football League (Dazhou Zone, Dazhou vs. Leshan) will be held on the evening of May 16, 2026, at the Dazhou Sports Center. To ensure orderly, safe, and smooth traffic flow during this large-scale public event, and in accordance with Article 39 of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," a decision has been made to implement temporary traffic control on parts of the roads at and around the municipal sports center. This special announcement is as follows:
I. Control Measures (A) Pre-match (May 16, 16:00 to 20:30): Traffic control will be implemented on the Tashi Interchange ramp on the sports center side and on the section of Tiyu Road from the Fenghuang Avenue intersection to the Longquan Road intersection. Temporary traffic control measures will be implemented as needed based on traffic and pedestrian flow on the sections of Fenghuang Avenue from the Tashi Interchange intersection to the Jinlan Road intersection, Longquan Road from the Tiyu Road intersection to the Tashi Road intersection, and Tashi Road from the Baita Road intersection to the Baqu East Road intersection. On all the above traffic-controlled road sections, vehicles other than public buses, fire trucks, ambulances, police cars, communication vehicles, broadcast vehicles, explosive disposal vehicles, and power emergency repair vehicles are prohibited from entering or parking.
(B) Post-match (May 16, 21:30 to 23:00): Traffic control will be implemented on the sections of Fenghuang Avenue from the Chaoyang Middle Road intersection to the Jinlong Avenue intersection, Jinlan Road from the Baita Road intersection to the Longquan Road intersection, Longquan Road from the Jinlan Road intersection to the Tashi Road intersection and then to the Lingyuan Road intersection at No. 2 Bridge, Tashi Road from the Baqu East Road intersection to the Baita Road intersection, Longjing Road from the Jinlan Road intersection to the Tiyu Road intersection, and Tiyu Road from the Fenghuang Avenue intersection to the Longquan Road intersection. On all the above traffic-controlled road sections, vehicles other than public buses, fire trucks, ambulances, police cars, communication vehicles, broadcast vehicles, explosive disposal vehicles, and power emergency repair vehicles are prohibited from entering or parking.
(C) Other Control Measures: 1. From 09:00 to 24:00 on May 16, temporary on-sidewalk parking spaces on the sports center side of the Tashi Interchange Bridge will be temporarily canceled. All vehicle parking is strictly prohibited. Temporary on-sidewalk parking spaces on the section of Jinlan Road near the PetroChina area will be temporarily canceled. Except for duty vehicles and performance-related vehicles, other vehicles are not permitted to park. 2. From 15:00 to 24:00 on May 16, hazardous material vehicles and medium/large freight vehicles (including those with urban entry permits) are prohibited from traveling on the sections of Jinlong Avenue from the Longquan Road intersection to the Jinshan South Road intersection, Fenghuang Avenue from the Chaoyang Middle Road intersection to the Longquan Road intersection, Tashi Road from the Chaoyang Middle Road intersection to the Hanzhang Street intersection, as well as on Longquan Road, Longjing Road, Jinlan Road, Jinpai Road, and Tiyu Road.
II. Traffic Support Measures (A) Parking Areas for Private Vehicles: Vehicles may park in a single row along the sides of the following sections, but must not occupy bus stops or impede the entry/exit and passage of other vehicles. Unauthorized parking on other road sections is strictly prohibited: - Chaoyang Middle Road from the Tashi Road intersection to Chaoyang West Road at the Jinlong Avenue intersection. - The section of Fenghuang Avenue at the Jinlong Avenue intersection near the Fenghuang Avenue Sports Park. - Tashi Road from the Baqu East Road intersection to the Hanzhang Street intersection. - Baqu East Road from the Jinlong Avenue intersection to the Zitong Road intersection.
(B) Shuttle Bus Parking Areas: In addition to the normal bus routes operating at and around the municipal sports center, shuttle buses to the old city area will be stationed on the south side of the municipal sports center along the section of Fenghuang Avenue from the Tashi Interchange intersection to the Jinlan Road intersection. Shuttle buses to the railway station, Lotus Lake, and Jiangwan City will be stationed on the side near the Gaowangdu Hotel along the section of Fenghuang Avenue from the Jinlan Road intersection to the Jinlong Avenue intersection. Shuttle buses to the southern city area will be stationed on the east side of the municipal sports center along the section of Tashi Road from the Longquan Road intersection to the Fenghuang Avenue intersection. (Refer to Attachment 1 for shuttle bus routes.)
(C) Parking Areas for Duty Vehicles and Event Work Vehicles: - The public parking lot on the sidewalk of the Sinopec section of Jinlan Road and the section of Jinlan Road from the Longquan Road intersection to the Baqu East Road intersection. - The section of Fenghuang Avenue from the Chaoyang Middle Road intersection to the east end of Tashi Interchange Bridge (parking area for performer shuttle vehicles).
III. Legal Liability Those who violate the provisions of this "Announcement" will be subject to penalties by the traffic management department of the public security organ. Using a combination of manual enforcement and traffic monitoring equipment, penalties will be imposed for traffic violations such as illegal parking and violations of traffic bans/restrictions, in accordance with the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementing regulations, the "Sichuan Province Implementation Measures for the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant laws and regulations.
IV. Important Reminders (A) During the event, the traffic management department of the public security organ may adjust the timing of traffic control measures (advancing or delaying) and modify the scope of control (expanding or reducing) based on actual on-site pedestrian and vehicle flow conditions. (B) During the event, please follow the instructions of on-site management personnel for vehicle passage or parking. It is recommended to use navigation apps like Gaode or Baidu Maps for travel planning.
