Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. announced on 28 April 2026 that the last trading day for shares to qualify for the proposed final dividend relating to the 2025 financial year has been corrected to Friday, 26 June 2026, replacing the previously stated date of Tuesday, 30 June 2026.
The amendment affects the cum-entitlement period tied to the closure of the register of members. All other details contained in the 2025 Annual Report and the circular dated 27 April 2026 remain unchanged.
The clarification was issued under the authority of Chairman, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Song Qi.
