Mabwell (Shanghai) Bioscience Co., Ltd. has announced that it has received a clinical trial approval notice from the National Medical Products Administration.
The approval pertains to the investigational new drug application for 6MW5311 injection, intended for the treatment of hematologic malignancies, including acute myeloid leukemia, chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, and multiple myeloma.
6MW5311 is a bispecific antibody targeting LILRB4 and CD3, developed utilizing the company's T Cell Engager technology platform, and is being developed for these specific blood cancer indications.
