ETHK Labs Publishes 30 Jun 2026 Circular and Calls Extraordinary General Meeting; Shareholders Urged to Access Documents Online

Bulletin Express07-06

On 30 June 2026, ETHK Labs Inc. released its latest Corporate Communication package—comprising the Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and accompanying Proxy Form—via the company website (https://www.ethk.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Both English- and Chinese-language files are available for immediate download.

The board, represented by Executive Director Lin Xianya, recommends that registered shareholders consult the online versions to ensure timely access. Shareholders who encounter difficulties with email notifications or the web download facility may obtain free printed copies by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1931-ecom@vistra.com.

Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address. Until an operational address is supplied, the company will dispatch printed notices and Actionable Corporate Communications by post. Requests to receive physical copies can be made in English, Chinese or both languages, and the preference will remain in force until 31 December 2026 or until changed by written notice.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (+852) 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
