Qing Hua Holding Updates GEM Information Sheet; 2.67 Billion Shares in Issue, Two Investors Control 31.78%

Qing Hua Holding Group Company Limited released an updated Company Information Sheet dated 15 May 2026, outlining key corporate data for its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s GEM board.

The Group has 2.67 billion ordinary shares in issue with a par value of HK$0.025 and trades in board lots of 10,000 shares. Outstanding share options stand at 25.99 million. No warrants or other classes of equity or guaranteed debt securities are currently in circulation.

Shareholding remains concentrated: Liu Xuefeng holds 517.59 million shares, representing 19.36% of issued capital, while Chen Pu owns 332.00 million shares, or 12.42%. Combined, these two shareholders account for 31.78% of the Company’s equity.

Qing Hua Holding is incorporated in the Cayman Islands and continued in Bermuda. It was listed on GEM on 2 November 2001. The Group operates as an investment holding company focused on the organisation and production of concerts, entertainment events, and film and TV drama projects.

The board comprises one Executive Director (Mr Xiong Guorui), three Non-executive Directors (Mr Ma Xinying, Mr Ye Chao, Ms Yuan Xiaomei) and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Mr Chan Wai Man, Mr Siu Hi Lam, Alick, and Mr Wong Chun Kwok). Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited serves as auditor, and the financial year-end is 31 December.
