At the 2026 Yabulu Forum held from March 17 to 19 in Yabulu, Heilongjiang, Wang Xingxing, founder of Yuxu Technology, stated that the true ChatGPT moment for embodied intelligence is not yet fully realized, though it is approaching.

He noted that while some are optimistic and estimate it could happen within 18 months, he holds a more cautious view, suggesting it will likely take at least two to three years. However, he emphasized that progress could accelerate rapidly.

Wang defined the ChatGPT moment for embodied intelligence as the point when a robot's AI model can successfully complete around 80% of tasks through verbal or written instructions in approximately 80% of unfamiliar environments.
