Realord Tech confirmed that its sole agenda item at the 10 September 2026 Special General Meeting (SGM)—a proposal to split each existing share into subdivided shares—was passed by poll with full shareholder support.
A total of 695.87 million votes, representing 100.00% of votes cast, backed the ordinary resolution, with zero votes recorded against. All 1.44 billion issued shares were entitled to vote, and no shareholders were required to abstain under Hong Kong Listing Rules. Tricor Investor Services served as the scrutineer for the poll.
With all conditions satisfied, the share subdivision will take effect on Monday, 14 September 2026. Trading in the subdivided shares will commence at 9:00 a.m. the same day. Consequent to the split, the new board-lot size will be implemented on Monday, 28 September 2026. Investors are directed to the company’s 21 August 2026 circular for the detailed timetable, trading arrangements and odd-lot matching services.
The SGM was chaired by Executive Director and Board Chairman Dr. Lin Xiaohui. Two other directors attended in person, two via electronic means, and one independent non-executive director was absent due to prior business commitments.
