China Silver Group Limited (stock code: 00815) has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for 10 April 2026 at 2:00 p.m., to be held at Unit 5, 17/F, China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

To determine shareholder eligibility for attendance and voting, the register of members will be closed from 2 April 2026 (Thursday) to 10 April 2026 (Friday), both dates inclusive. During this period, no share transfers will be processed.

Shareholders intending to qualify must lodge transfer documents and relevant share certificates with the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, no later than 4:30 p.m. on 1 April 2026 (Wednesday).

A circular and formal notice of the EGM will be released in due course. The board currently comprises two executive directors—Mr. Chen Wantian (Chairman) and Mr. Song Guosheng—and three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Song Hongbing, Dr. Zeng Yilong and Ms. Song Fangxiu.
