China East Edu Issues 10,000 New Shares in July on Option Exercise; Public Float Remains Compliant

China East Education Holdings Limited reported a marginal expansion in its share base for July 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company issued 10,000 ordinary shares during the month, lifting total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) to 2,218.29 million. The increase stemmed entirely from the exercise of options under the Pre-IPO Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of HK$2.25, generating HK$0.02 million in proceeds.

Authorised share capital was unchanged at 3.80 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HK$0.0001, equivalent to HK$0.38 million.

No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and there were no warrant issues, convertible securities, or other share-related arrangements during the reporting period.

Management confirmed that the public float satisfied the minimum 20.18% requirement as at 31 July 2026.
