Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (Sun Hung Kai & Co.) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return on 28 September 2026, detailing the latest transactions under its ongoing share repurchase programme.

The company’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 1.96 billion ordinary shares as of 28 September 2026, with no treasury shares held. Between 21 and 28 September, Sun Hung Kai & Co. repurchased 514,000 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, equal to 0.026% of the outstanding share capital. Repurchase prices ranged from HKD 3.9787 to HKD 3.9950 per share, and the shares have not yet been cancelled.

The largest single-day purchase occurred on 28 September, when 143,000 shares were bought at prices between HKD 3.97 and HKD 3.995, for a total consideration of HKD 0.57 million.

Under the mandate approved on 27 May 2026, the board is authorised to repurchase up to 196.50 million shares. To date, 7.55 million shares—representing 0.38% of the share base on the mandate date—have been acquired.

In accordance with Main Board Rule 10.06, a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales remains in effect until 28 October 2026. The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with Hong Kong listing regulations and the terms set out in its explanatory statement dated 14 April 2026.
