Tigermed Updates FY2025 Final Dividend Plan: RMB1.26 per 10 Shares, Payment Set for 31 July 2026

Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tigermed) released an updated announcement on 30 April 2026 detailing its final cash dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The update clarifies the shareholder approval date, default dividend currency for Hong Kong-registered shares, and specific withholding-tax arrangements.

Tigermed’s board proposes an ordinary final dividend of RMB1.26 per 10 shares (equivalent to RMB0.126 per share). The distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 2 June 2026. Once approved, the dividend will be paid on 31 July 2026.

For investors on the Hong Kong share register, the company will announce the Hong Kong-dollar equivalent amount, the applicable exchange rate, ex-dividend date, book-closure period and record date in a separate notice. Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, will serve as the share registrar.

Withholding-tax treatment varies by investor category: • Non-resident enterprises and individuals holding A shares via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange will have a 10% income-tax rate withheld and remitted by the company. • Mainland individual investors accessing Tigermed’s H shares through the Southbound Trading Link face a 20% withholding rate; domestic enterprise investors using this channel must self-report and settle taxes.
