Wasion Holdings Secures RMB1.25 Billion Smart-Grid Contracts in Middle East to Accelerate Overseas Growth

Bulletin Express10-12

Wasion Holdings Limited disclosed that it has signed multiple contracts for smart-grid products and solutions in emerging Middle East markets with an aggregate value of approximately RMB 1.25 billion (about HKD 1.47 billion).

The orders—principally for metering products such as smart meters—were placed by large, well-established regional power utilities. Deliveries and revenue recognition will occur in phases over the next three years, providing a stable income stream and reinforcing the company’s internationalisation strategy.

Management highlighted that these wins underscore overseas customers’ confidence in Wasion’s product quality, technical expertise and project-execution capabilities. The contracts are expected to broaden the firm’s customer base in the Middle East, strengthen brand visibility and lay groundwork for additional projects and long-term collaborations.

The company cautioned that project timelines and revenue recognition could be influenced by factors including contractual terms, client requirements, supply-chain conditions and local market dynamics. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise prudence when dealing in the company’s shares.
