Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) has announced a change in its principal place of business in Hong Kong. Effective 25 August 2026, the company will operate from 5/F, Wheelock House, 20 Pedder Street, Central, Hong Kong.
According to the board filing, the relocation was approved by the company’s directors, led by Chairman, Executive Director and General Manager Mr. Zeng Yuqun. The updated board composition remains unchanged, comprising six executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
