China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. (CGS) has released a bilingual Supplemental Circular and Supplemental Notice for its forthcoming Annual General Meeting, dated 11 June 2026. The materials are now accessible on both the HKEX disclosure website (www.hkexnews.hk) and CGS’s corporate site (www.chinastock.com.cn).
\n\nIn line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023 (Listing Rule 2.07), CGS confirmed it has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. These documents include, but are not limited to, annual and interim reports, notices of meeting, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. English and Chinese versions will be posted online, replacing routine distribution of hard copies.
\n\nNon-registered shareholders are advised to provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or nominees (collectively, “Intermediaries”) to ensure timely receipt of electronic materials. Until valid email addresses are on file, shareholders will need to monitor the CGS and HKEX websites for updates.
\n\nPrinted copies of corporate communications remain available free of charge upon request.
