Investors affected by Tianfeng Securities (601162) can now register for compensation claims. On the evening of November 28, 2025, Tianfeng Securities announced receiving a "Notice of Case Filing" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). The company is under investigation for suspected violations in information disclosure and illegal financing activities, based on the Securities Law and Administrative Penalty Law.
Lawyer Xu Feng from Shanghai Jiucheng Law Firm stated that investors who purchased Tianfeng Securities shares before November 29, 2025, and sold or continued holding them afterward may now prepare to file claims.
In addition to the Tianfeng Securities case, Lawyer Xu Feng highlighted that Simei Media (002712) has already set a precedent with successful investor compensation claims.
On the evening of January 19, 2024, Simei Media disclosed receiving a "Decision on Administrative Penalty" from the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau. The investigation found that on November 27, 2023, at 12:50 PM, the company inaccurately responded to an investor inquiry on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s interactive platform, falsely claiming to be the "current operator of Douyin Supermarket." This misleading statement caused the stock price to surge from a decline to a limit-up by the afternoon close.
Subsequently, Douyin E-commerce’s official Weibo account refuted the claim, clarifying that Simei Media only operated one of Douyin Supermarket’s official live streams, not the entire platform.
Lawyer Xu Feng noted that, based on prior successful judgments, investors who bought Simei Media shares on the afternoon of November 27, 2023, and sold or held them after November 28, 2023, may still file compensation claims.
