Xiaomi Group-W (01810) announced that on March 25, 2026, the company granted a total of 26,668,415 award shares under the 2023 Share Incentive Plan to 954 selected participants, including group employees and service providers. On the same day, Xiaomi HK issued a total of 40,570 Xiaomi HK share options under the 2024 Xiaomi HK Share Scheme to one selected participant, who is an employee of the Xiaomi HK group.
